Atlanta born native, raised in Central and East Africa, and as a 1994 Rwandan Genocide Survivor, the real life horrors he saw there as a child are what inspired him to use his gift for music and film to touch lives. Crucifix started rapping and writing music at the age of 8 and began directing his first home movies at the age 14. He is a self-taught producer, songwriter, singer, rapper, graphic designer, photographer, film director, and editor but all in all just prefers to be called an Artist.
Crucifix made his first debut on MTV as the Metaphorical Grim Reaper in the music video "Splinter" by Bubba Sparxxx. He shot his latest music video "Chernobyl" along with it's full length documentary "Road To Chernobyl", in the radioactive Dead Zone of Chernobyl Ukraine. His music, film, photography and graphic work has appeared on MTV, VH1, CMT, printed in numerous magazines around the world. His life story has been published in a book by the Grammy, Dove and American Music Award winning band, Casting Crowns.
